Level-Tram
The Level-Trac water level indication product line is designed to satisfy the requirements of ASME Section I for “Independent Remote Water Level Indicators.” The underlying principle is the difference between the conductivity of water and the resistance of steam. Level-Trac water level indicator systems are typically comprised of three major components, a probe manifold or water column, a control unit, and a remote display. Level-Trac probe manifolds are built to last, featuring robust construction to perform in the rigorous environment adjacent to steam generation equipment. The basic designs are defined by the type of electrode/probe used, and are categorized by design pressure. Level-Trac Control units are custom configured, at the factory, to user requirements. Each unit is tested for full functionality. Program features are also field selectable. The Level-Trac remote displays are designed to be mounted on a panel, and utilize serial communication to reduce the wiring requirements, and offer flexibility in transmission from hard wired with power from the Control Unit, to fiber optic cable with local power. Glass-Trac
Glass-Trac Gauges, formally Daniel Level Gauge & Valve, are available in three main types: Reflex, Transparent, & Tubular. These direct reading instruments are available in many different materials to meet your specific process conditions.
Glass-Trac Reflex Gauges use prism glass to provide an excellent indication of the liquid level. All liquids appear black in contrast to the mirror-like surface above. This clean line of separation can be sighted from many yards away.
Glass-Trac Transparent Gauges use clear, see-through glass on both sides so that both the color and the interface of liquids can be viewed. Electric lighted gauge illuminators are available for use on transparent gauges and provide easy viewing of liquid levels in dimly lighted areas.
Glass-Trac Tubular Glass Gauges are available in any length desired and can be fitted with tubular style gauge valves. These gauges provide 360 degrees of visibility of the liquid level through strong, clear glass. Guard rods and plastic tubes are available as an added measure of protection.
Magne-Trac
The Magne-Trac level indicator is easy to install, low maintenance, and easy to view. Accessories include point level switches and transmitters to provide integration into plant control systems. Magne-Trac products are among the safest and most economical ways to measure liquid levels, excelling in applications of extreme pressure, temperature, vibration, and corrosive or hazardous materials. Available to ASME 31.1/31.3 Standards. More Information
Steam-Trac
The Steam-Trac product line was designed specifically for several models of water gauge / steam gauges with high pressure ranges from 300 psi working steam pressure to 3000 psi working steam pressure. Standard features include cadmium plated bolting, high temperature paint, spring washers, high quality Mica, and Stainless Steel reinforced grafoil gaskets. Fully compliant with ASME as a Direct Reading Water Gauge. Additional options make the Steam-Trac ideal for your full range of steam level gauge requirements. More Information
